Cabinetry and millwork are already in-house. More trades follow.
Most general contractors coordinate a dozen subcontractors and absorb whatever the schedule does to them. We are building the opposite: a residential contractor that owns the trades it depends on.
Our cabinet and millwork shop is the first. It measures once a room is framed rather than ordering months ahead, adjusts for a house that is out of square, and matches new trim to the profiles already there.
Every trade brought in-house is one fewer handoff, one fewer schedule to chase, and one company answerable for the result.

We measure and talk through the scope on site. About an hour, no charge.
Two
Scope and price
A written scope with allowances itemized and a fixed price. What is not in the scope is not in the price.

Build
A dated schedule and one point of contact. Change orders priced in writing before the work happens.

Punch and warranty
We walk the job with you and close out the list. Drawings and finish specs are yours to keep.
